A digital photo booth allows guests to take photos, GIFs, and videos that can be instantly shared via text or email. Escena Haus currently offers a digital-only experience and does not provide printed photos.

A custom welcome screen is the first screen guests see before using the photo booth. It can be personalized with your event name, date, theme, colors, photos, or a special message to create a unique experience for your guests.

A custom photo template is the design that appears around your photos. Templates can be customized to match your event theme, colors, celebration type, or aesthetic and may include names, dates, logos, or special graphics.

At this time, Escena Haus specializes in small and intimate gatherings. We reserve the right to decline bookings that exceed our current service capacity.

Yes. A $50 deposit is required to reserve your event date. The deposit will be applied toward your total rental balance.
The remaining balance is due before the start of your event unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

If you're unsure whether your event falls within our service area, please contact us before booking.

Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date will forfeit the deposit. Any remaining balance paid beyond the deposit will be refunded in accordance with the rental agreement.

Additional booth time may be available based on availability and will be billed at $50 per additional hour.

Yes. A standard electrical outlet and a reliable Wi-Fi connection must be available at the event location for the photo booth to operate properly and for guests to receive their photos via text and email.
If Wi-Fi is unavailable, please let us know in advance to discuss alternative options. Additional fees may apply if Escena Haus is required to provide internet access.

No. Props and backdrop setups are not currently offered. A green screen option may be available upon request.

We recommend a minimum setup area of 6' x 6' to ensure guests have enough room to comfortably use the booth.

To reserve your date:
Submit an inquiry form.
Review and sign the rental agreement.
Pay the required deposit.
Your booking is not confirmed until all three steps have been completed.tion

Yes. The event host will receive access to a digital gallery containing all photos captured during the rental period.
